"⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I recently visited Sakura Japanese Restaurant, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a calm, elegant atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a memorable meal. The food was exceptional — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Japanese flavours. Every dish tasted like it was prepared with genuine care and attention. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the hot dishes were perfectly seasoned, and the overall quality was truly top-tier. The staff were equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without ever being intrusive. Their warm hospitality really elevated the experience. To top it all off, the presence of Santa during the visit added a magical and festive touch. It made the evening feel even more special and created a joyful atmosphere for everyone dining. Overall, Sakura delivered a perfect dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys high-quality Japanese cuisine and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning"
"A great selection of food , all brought to your table by Metal Micky ( quite entertaining in itself to see the little robots whizz around). The food is tasty and good quality, with a choice of desserts to follow. The robots carry food for a couple of tables at a time. This shouldn't be a problem as each tray has a number on it, I'm sure we weren't the only ones dumb enough to offload all the food onto our table ( oops!). Definitely recommended."
"Fun robot all you can eat Sushi! The robot waiters are lots of fun and the food is de ent, £30 all you can eat. For me the gyoza were the best thing on the menu."
"absolutely love Sakura Japanese Restaurant! The food is amazing, and the best part is the buffet experience — you don’t even need to get up for your food because it’s delivered right to your table by adorable robots, which makes it such a fun and unique experience. They also offer free parking, which is a big advantage. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like family every time you visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience!"
"Enjoyable family meal, lots of choice, and fun service with the little robot cats. Went Saturday 3pm and it was nice, not too busy. Would go again"
"Firstly we were greeted and then taken to our seat and were explained how it works. We visited on Wednesday and it was not too busy. We had to place the order on the tab. You can order 20 dishes per table. Some dishes were tapas size. We were four adults. The best part was the robot coming to serve which had four trays which was an amazing experience. The food for your table would be that lights up in blue. Please be careful not to take others food. There are food order recipts so that helps with which are your dishes if going with larger groups. The desserts were not good at all except one or 2 pastries. Ice cream only vanilla was good. The other flavours were artificial. But must visit as food quality was good n for the robot experience."
"Very large selection of dishes and the food is good. Unfortunately, the best dishes require an extra charge, but even without them there is still plenty to choose from and you can eat well. A fun attraction is the little robot working as a waiter. It is extremely cold in the bathrooms."
"Fresh sushi, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. The rolls are well-made and delicious, and the tempura is perfectly light and crispy. Everything feels carefully prepared. A great spot for anyone craving quality Japanese food. I’ll definitely be back!"
